1) We are all worthy of being loved
2) We all deserve to have beauty in our lives
3) Everyone needs someone or something to take care of outside ourselves
4) Beauty can be found almost anywhere
5) Oldies are goodies for a reason
6) Sometimes you just have to stand up and bark about nothing to let off steam
7) Country music is in my soul
8) Seeing as much of the world before we leave it is important in understanding the human condition
9) Looking at works of art, creating artwork, sharing art touches an important chord in my brain
10) Mamas go ahead and let your boys grow up to be cowboys if you live in Fort Worth, but not if you live in Kansas
11) Speed bumps should always be bumps, not humps
12) I need the Beaver
13) Always check under the teeter totter first
14) Practice backing up your trailer before you go on the road
15) Live in the moment - it’s all we ever really have
16) Everyone has a back story - talk to people - be curious
17) You have to eat an elephant one bite at a time - things take time
18) Everything changes - so always expect to be pleasantly surprised
19) Learn to use all the apps on your phone including the car park app
20) God or the Universe will dash away any power you think you have over your life if you get top cocky
21) Slow down and enjoy your life, but don’t take for granted that your days here are numbered
22) Community is important to foster in your lie

24) I can solve problems that are challenging
25) Things are just things - don’t get too attached
26) Whenever you have a chance to walk or lay on the beach you should do it
27) Don’t take yourself too seriously in any situation - if you can’t laugh at yourself you need therapy
28) No one should be alone in a crowd
29) Napping is therapeutic
30) Be kindness - Live kindness
31) Have high standards - expect respect - give respect
32) It’s easier to dry your feet than your shoes
33) If you dog chases a car, don’t chase him - if he doesn’t get hit, he’ll come back
34) Try to visit museums when they’re actually open - Haha
35) Music is the soul and expression of the universe - just listen
36) Someone told me myt aversion to public pools is an unwarranted obsession - still can’t do it - even if there’s enough chlorine to kill everyone, except me
37) Always stay calm when others are losing their heads
38) Appreciate the past - old things, old people, treasure memories
39) Surround yourself with people who are ready and willing to talk you off a ledge
40) Remember the past, but let all the shitty parts go
41) Feeling sorry for yourself may feel good for a time, but it’s never productive
42) Whenever you can take your dogs with you - you should
43) Everyone on Earth should have the opportunity to do the things that make them happy

55) Be honest at all times - say what you mean - so you avoid misunderstandings

58) When life gets really hard - have ice cream for dinner
59) All our experiences have shaped who we are, if we don’t like ourselves we need to have some different experience to reshape. Kind of like how a blacksmith reshapes steel
